&lt;p>As the engineering manager, automation/electrical engineer and designer, I have managed
numerous production/storage development projects that have led to significant increment in
product quality and capacity.&lt;/p>

&lt;p>&lt;strong>Vision-Based Sorting &amp;amp; Rejection System:&lt;/strong>&lt;/p>
&lt;p>Developed a Vision sorter, incorporate 6 CCD cameras in different positions, builds a color
high resolution and 360 surround view of illuminated moving conveyor belt filled by potato
slices. Captures are processed by intelligent algorithms in image processors, passing two
phases of localization to determine position of moving article and classification for sorting
item according predefined parameters as defects, biological characteristics, shape and size,
structural differences, color and density, to be marked and finally unwanted material removed
using air ejectors with millisecond precision, allowing the good product to continue for further
processing. Intelligent sorter ensures high-quality end product while reducing good product
loss to increase yield and profitability.&lt;/p>

&lt;p>&lt;strong>Efficient Recycle &amp;amp; Stain Removal of Defect Sliced Potato:&lt;/strong>&lt;/p>
&lt;p>Developed a innovate adaptive control structure and machinery set consisting of many rotating
cutters, vibrations, sieves and pumps to re-cut of rejected slices and reprocessing fragments by
closed-loop sorter, achieving 98% efficiency and accuracy.&lt;/p>

&lt;p>&lt;strong>Intelligent Process Control and SCADA System:&lt;/strong>&lt;/p>
&lt;p>Designed and developed a central automation control/supervisory based on S7-400/Citect
platforms integrated to local stations. Almost of production parameters are adjusted efficiently
using implemented artificial intelligent decision making philosophy according to real-time data
acquired from field instruments and Vision-based analysis utilized in all sections of plant.&lt;/p>

powder/meal/bran, liquid gluten, adhesive powder and carton sheets.&lt;/p>

&lt;p>As chief automation/electrical engineer and designer, I have undertaken many development and
renovation projects in collaboration with Alfa Laval AB Sweden, GEA Westfalia GmbH, Ponndorf
Anlagenbau GmbH and TMCI Padovan SpA that led to increased product capacity and diversity.&lt;/p>

&lt;p>&lt;strong>Optimized Intelligent Continuous Glucose Concentration Evaporator (Brix 86):&lt;/strong>&lt;/p>
&lt;p>Designed and implemented a liquid glucose concentration plant powered by super-saturated
steam. Thanks to reliable and optimized engineering /modeling, amazing efficiency of evaporation
through 4 stages achieved. Due to high concentration near to chocking level in vacuumed
vessels heated by plate heat-exchangers in lowest boiling point, an intelligent and robust
algorithm developed and tuned based on fail-safe PLC system.&lt;/p>

&lt;p>&lt;strong>Robust Control of Starch to Glucose and Fructose conversion Plant:&lt;/strong>&lt;/p>
&lt;p>Developed an smart, self tuning and adaptive control physiology and hardware platform for
production of glucose and fructose from starch by enzymatic process in jet cockers. Implemented
controller was responsible for robust conduction of thermal reaction in hydro conversion chamber,
de-coloring by vapor activated carbon, filtration in vacuum membrane drums and dynamic
in-line PH balancing phases.&lt;/p>

&lt;p>&lt;strong>Central PCS7 Management and SCADA System.&lt;/strong>&lt;/p>

&lt;p>&lt;strong>Pneumatic Starch Transmission and Packing Machinery.&lt;/strong>&lt;/p>

&lt;p>&lt;strong>Automation of 800 Ton Concentrated Glucose Storage Plant:&lt;/strong>&lt;/p>
&lt;p>Developed instrumentation and control systems for accurate tank gauging, logging and reporting
of inlet/outlet gates &amp;amp; tanks levels of liquid highly concentrated glucose in 6 jacket heated
tanks by total capacity of 400 m3 and HC gear discharge pumping.&lt;/p>

&lt;p>&lt;strong>Starch Plant Extension for 600 Tons/day Corn In-feed:&lt;/strong>&lt;/p>
&lt;p>Redesigned, built and upgraded required facilities, machinery and Controls for Starch processing
plant including MV/LV power substation, distribution MCCs, PFC banks, cabling, power
starters, control cabinets, measuring instruments, mills, sieves, centrifugal separators, washing
batteries, cyclones and dryers to increase daily milling capacity from 150 to 400 and 600 tons.&lt;/p>
